Sulpicia was in her and Aro's room where she remained at times. She could usually be found spending time with her cousin, Athenodora, but for now she wanted a little time alone. She was reading a book that wasn't very interesting. Books never seemed to interest her like they once had. They seemed to be about the same thing the same plot. Being around for one thousand years made everything a little less interesting. Sulpicia sighed as she stood to put the book up. She glanced around the room it was fairly large, but was empty. Sulpicia turned her attention to the window the sun was still out it would be a couple hours before it actually set. She enjoyed the night it was the only time of day she liked.
Sulpicia exited the room bored. Never a good thing for her. She spotted a few of the guard members, but didn't even acknowledge them. What would be the point? If there was anything she needed to know she would be informed. She was not in the mood to chat . Therefore saw no point in greeting any of the guard members. She didn't always get along with the guard there were a few, but not many. She was most likely the one being stubborn. She wasn't the easiest person to get along with and tended to make it hard on others. It was how she always had been being stubborn and cruel at times.
Sulpicia wasn't headed in any particular location. The castle was vast and there was several places she could go. She would probably end up to visit Athenodora as she always did. She doubt she would get to spend with Aro he was busy most of time. Something she did not like, but did understand. It was how her life had always been. Aro wanting power more than her. There was nothing that could change that. Nothing would ever change how she felt about her husband she loved him more than anything. Sulpicia sighed once more continuing her way through the castle. She could just walk around the castle to waste time, but that may be a bit pointless. Athenodora would probably be a bit more interesting than what she was doing now.

Aro had another one of those days, the fact that another vampire came to the Volturi for a chance to "start over". A wicked end was to come to that boy, for the Volturi never gave another chance, regardless of the situation. He stood from his oak desk in his office, staring out the window out into the Italian streets. It had been, what seemed like ages, since Aro went out for a good time. No matter, the darkness was about to strike soon.
The office was empty, other than his desk and a few books scattered about the room. As he walked around the room, he began to think about his life. Nothing was too exciting about his life, other than being alive for over one thousand years. He stretched his hand outside his jacket sleeve and grasped the bronze handle with his long fingers. He sighed and walked down the long darkened corridor, leading into the stone hallway. It was there he noticed a woman walking alone. It was Sulpicia. Aro smirked and walked towards the woman, and stood close behind her. Aro gently touched her arm with his ice cold fingers. Im sorry, you are upset. I've been busy. But, Im free for a while. The man held no expression, but he wrapped an arm around her shoulder in a warming suggestion.

Sulpicia smiled slightly whens she picked up Aro's scent. She always seemed a bit happier when he was near her. Something that had always been. From the moment she saw him she had loved him. It was only natural for her to be happy when he was near. Something she often missed he was often busy working on something or discussing with his brothers. This she did understand, but at times she simply wanted time with her husband. Nothing more it wasn't much of a request, but often not given. She understood Aro could not be with her often. Over time she had accepted this, but it didn't mean she liked it.
Sulpicia felt Aro's touch reading her thoughts. Sulpicia turned her head toward Aro as he spoke. Sulpicia smiled as he wrapped an arm around her. "I know you've been busy. I understand," Sulpicia replied her voice soft. It was something she did not always want to understand, but she should make the best with what she has. Being with Aro even if it was a short time made everything much better. She supposed it was a part of being in love. And how in love she was with Aro more than words could describe.
"I am happy you can spend some time with me," Sulpicia said as she placed her head on Aro's shoulder. She missed time with Aro. She could not recall the last time she had spent time with Aro. It seemed to be a long time, but probably wasn't. She sometimes didn't pay that much attention to how much time had passed. It could have been hours or weeks. Time meant very little to an immortal. Time apart from Aro always seemed long even if it was a small amount of time.
